You have the option to flag anyone on your contact list , if selected Hemailer pro will show you a red flag once you login, grabbing your attention to check the note. Plus using the crm you can send email notification for reminders.
Keep track of each client value with our crm , how much each client spent with your company and keep track of client expense, track your business's profits and expense as well. All displayed on a pie chart and graph on the dashboard. Dashboard contains weekly report that resets every week and contact list page contains from beginning to year to date report with date range options.
We made many on / off features in Hemailer pro, when used in our CRM you can separate your clients, from Recurring , New Subscriber , Cancelled ,Unsubscribe and Custom.
This way you can send the emails corresponding to each situation. Send renewals emails to recurring clients, send promo email to cancelled clients and so on. You can use it any way you want or don't use it and keep it on default settings, which will automatically go in cancelled after 30 days, unless you intervene.
Custom contact list was designed for you to be able to customize your contact list template to fit any business model. Our crm provides the basic information like , name , email, address, phone and notes. You can add any field with any title so you can custom make your own contact from and we went a step further by giving a option to make all contact list be the same , so you don't always need to add those extra custom fields for any new clients.You can either upload a new client as they come and/or you can upload your own list.
You can create Users under Admin, to keep track of your team performance, profit, expenses. Also you can share templates and chat with each team members. So you and your team can stay in touch using a private line, without using external or extra software to communicate.
All users come with the same features as their admin
